An impressive line of speakers talk on the theme: Commercial Realities of Greenhouse Production. Keynote speaker will be Tim Blank, former Greenhouse Manager of Disney World's hydroponic greenhouses at The Land EPCOT Centre in Florida , USA, speaking on crop research in Hydroponic Systems, Integrated Pest Management, and aquaculture. Other speakers will address global/industry marketing and implications for fresh greenhouse produce, and review major issues confronting the Australian industry, including new fertiliser regulations, the Horticulture Business Code, the tomato levy, country-of-origin produce branding, minor use permits, and the import of bumblebees onto mainland Australia to pollinate economically important greenhouse crops.
