Lesson Structure

There are 10 lessons in this course:

  1. Introduction to cereals/grains
  2. Cereal/grain infrastructure and machinery requirements
  3. Wheat, triticale, spelt, barley, oats, rye
  4. Sorghum, millet
  5. Maize and rice
  6. Pulse crops
  7. Pseudo cereals
  8. Grasses
  9. Grains processing for human consumption
  10. Cereals for livestock rations

Each lesson culminates in an assignment which is submitted to the school, marked by the school's tutors and returned to you with any relevant suggestions, comments, and if necessary, extra reading.
